Hibiscus

So our new apartment has a beautiful hibiscus bush growing outside our windows. I was wanting to buy one just before we moved, then found out we have them just outside.

So I researched a little to see if I could take cuttings. I found out how to and took cuttings on 11/24. This first picture is one of my 2 cuttings after a week (12/1).

This is the same cutting on 12/20.

Here in the next couple of weeks these calluses should start to produce the first set of roots. It'll still be another month or so before they could be put into dirt.
